Coolant head gasket radiator

I own a cadillac deville 1999 i didnt tighten the coolant cap
all the way which caused my coolant get all over where yu
put the coolant. Dashboard said turn engine off getting hot
idle engine light came on i turned my car off nd opened my
hood nd realize what i didnt tight the cap went to mechanic
got a new radiator on it nd it worked fine for 3-4weeks then
on my way home it started saying check coolant put some
nd started driving then it repeats itself all coolant leaked
out can somebody help please thank you very much

Would need to visually hunt down the coolant leak and resolve that. Not enough information from description or picture.
