How can I program a remote key, 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL

The car is a push start, I have a key remote that
works fine. I just want to program the spare I just
bought.

How can i fix my remote on my buick lacross 2008 the remote dosent work it dont lock it just unlock it i have to lock from the inside
