How do I R&R a headlight lens?

How to get headlight lense off? From the wheel well or from engine
compartment? How much stuff do I have to remove to get there?

Do you mean removing the whole headlight assembly? The lenses are not replaceable. Yes you probably will have to remove the wheel wells, front supports and maybe the bumper cover.
