Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2002 Cadilac Deville just dieded when driving 45 MPH. All dash lights and
complete power lost. Will not start. Noethstar engine. Only thing that works is
the power seats and door lights inside. No dash lights with key on. Any

If your battery is under you rear seat, Check all the connections to the battery and fuse box.

All conections are clean. Battery has 12.7 volts and traced the power wire of the battery all the way up front under the carpet and have 12.7 volts up front at the fuse box. All Maxi fuses have power.. When I hook up the positive back on the battery, the horn blows none stop and headlights are on and stay on.. Grounds are all clean. Pulled ECM/PCM and all pins look good and connectors.. ??
