2002 Cadillac DeVille wont start

My 2002 Cadillac DeVille wont start change
the battery change the wires all my lights
work stay bright find AC everything works in
the car just won't start

You didn’t say if the car engine was turning over or not. Is it? If it is NOT turning over, maybe the car is in gear. That will stop it. Or the emergency brake could be engaged slightly. Some cars have a safety disconnect so the car won’t turn over if the emergency brake is on. Or the starter could be fouled out. The ignition switch could be bad. The starter solenoid control wire could have a bad connection. The neutral safety switch could be bad, or the car’s security system could have shut it down for some unknown reason.

Check your ground from body to motor. It could be broken and keeping the car from starting.
