Need help fast got to get my kids home.

I have a 2003 Cadillac devill I was putting a radio in
my car and as I'm doing it everything stops and car
does not turn over I have no power and battery is
new. Can anyone help thank you

Your car may be equipped with a security system that disables it when the audio system is removed. I don't know how to reset it but maybe someone else can help or just try an internet search.
