How to fix head gasket blown on 2006 BMW 750i my coolant straight to 1 spark plug hole

You have to decide if you want to spend the money to have the head gasket replaced. I am guessing it will be very expensive, but that is the price you will sometimes pay for owning a used expensive BMW.

So your question is HOW? to fix a head gasket on a BMW 7 SERIES?! is this a joke? you do it the same way anyone does it- with lotsa money- I don't think this post is real-

Well, your only real option if the head gasket is indeed blown is to remove the head and replace the gasket. Same way you do it on any other car. Although simply because of what is involved in replacing a head gasket in these cars, a replacement engine may be a more economic option.
