Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had a big dent in my driver door. Now I'm
installing the new door and the bolts from the
inside of the panel dont lie flush. Are they suppose
to?
The bottom bolts lie flush.
Top bolts lie a little bit slanted. Is this normal?
