as Tom said, my advice to you is to take your automobile to your local shop and a qualified technician should be able to diagnose the malfunctioning check over

In my opinion there is no good deal on a used BMW. If you can't get some sort of warranty stay away unless your bank account can afford one of these vehicles. They can be VERY expensive to repair and maintain. At the very least do what my friend Tom suggested.
