My BMW 530i shakes a little and theres a misfire in
coil 2, what could it be? if multiple things, then what
may be the problem?

and can swap coils to another cylinder and see if the mis fire goes with it , check injectors for proper firing , try some fuel additive for them the might be dirty , check plugs and wires if worn replace them

Go through each of these test one by one... first, swap the cylinder 1 and 2 ignition coils. If the misfire moved, it's the coil. If it's the same, then do the same with the spark plug. Didn't move, then with the fuel injector. Being a single cylinder misfire, it's likely one of those three things.
