Standard size of the rims of 1993 BMW 525i is 15’’ therefore it seems difficult to put 20 inches rims on it. If in case you still try to fix them then there may be undesired results. Nether it will perform well nor is going to be secured, therefore all you need to do is consult with any wheels and rims dealer like http://wheels.net/wheels/bmw-rim.html or others because they will be able to advice you more accurately.
