can the module on the third brake light of the cadillac cts 05 be bought separately?

My Cadillac third brake light doesnt work I had a some one  take it apart and he show me the module and it
wasting water rust all over it so I don't know what to do I need help.

I have 03 Cts same problem module dead no third light Cadillac puts in a neon tube Bad engineering Anyway what I did was carefully remove the factory sealant that bonds the lens to the base with a razor blade Take your time it will came apart Bought led light strip from AutoZone 2 1 ft sections in a kit @ $30.00 and REMOVE ALL INTERIOR COMPONENTS and stuck led kit inside NICE LED CONVERSION
