i replaced the battery in my 2006 dts and the sterio system and door chime stop working

seems like the battery was getting low so i replaced it when finish i started the
car and notice the sterio did not come back on so i push the power button and
nothing happen also notice the turn signal clicking noise stop and door chime
any ideas on whats wrong

From similar complaints to yours, it may need the security code plugged back into the radio.

What or where is the security code? I am having the same problem after the battery was replaced last week and had an oil change.
