temperature goes high to 210F there is oil in coolant system. Relaced head gasket and flushed system. oil still in Coolant

Unfortunately, these are classic symptoms of a blown head gasket. I would get it into the shop asap before you crack the actual head by overheating the engine. Best of luck!

You may have a cracked head or it could be warped in which case a new head gasket won't help. Heads need to be checked for flatness and for leaks. The leak test is not standard in my experience so a crack could have been missed. Did the engine overheat badly before the head gasket went out the first time?
