Paperwork for sale of car

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I am going to try selling my mother's car. She is in a nursing home right now, which is 2 hrs away from my home. I was going to have her sign the title and bring the car home with me before listing it on cargurus.com. Does her signature have to be notarized when she signs the title (we both live in PA). Thanks,

Check your DMV rules but I doubt her signature needs to be witnessed by a notary.
