Signer and co signer in different states ?

Can a signer and co signer of an auto loan live in
different states and can after two weeks they call
me and want my car back because they made a
mistake on telling the
Person out of state they needed a Notary present
during signing

You have 3 choices. Tell them to pound sand, give the car back or take care of the notary issue. You may want to consult with a lawyer.
