I had the same problem after taking my car to the dealer for repair, which they had to disconnect the battery but did not reset the windows. I found out to reset them is easy, just start with the driver side front window, let it all the way down and hold the button down for five extra seconds after the window is down. Then let the window all the way up and hold for an extra 5 seconds. This resets the window even though the front window already worked. Now you should be able to let the rear down. Now follow the same procedure for the rear window, let all the way down and hold for five seconds, all the way up and hold for five seconds. Now do the same procedure for each window and they should all reset. Even for the other front window even though it worked already.
