How do I get an XLE Combination Switch for headlights and fogs work on an LE

I am working on a 2011 Camry LE and have toyota part 84140-06391. I am
not sure how to see if this car is prewired for fogs and what is needed to get
the new combination switch to control fog lights. Any information would greatly
be appreciatted

Without a wiring diagram of this circuit it would be difficult to determine the extent of this repair. Is there a spot in the Fuse/relay boxes for a Fog Light RELAY?
