Every light on my dash on when I got into start up abs trailer tow brake airbag engine light service 4wd and my speedometer does not move

said my lift kit must of pulled a wire but my
question is which one and if I do find th
wire how do I get all lights off reset battery?

if they fixed it why is it still doing it lol? take it back and make them check their own work
