2010 ford xlt A/c problem

I just put refrigerant in my ford and checked for leaks. none found. A/c air was
cold for a couple of days but it stopped working. no cold air coming out

Did you do this yourself using one of those charge it yourself cans from the local parts store?

Take it to a qualified mechanic and have it checked over, evacuated and properly recharged. Charging by using 2 gauges has never been the proper method and charging using only a cheap gauge is not a good idea. To do it properly the system needs to be evacuated and the refrigerant needs to be somewhat precisely weighed or metered into the system.
