I think CL only removes posts when visitors "report" an ad for any number of reasons (spam, fake offers, etc.). You might have been reported for "spamming" the same car for sale, even if unintentionally, by placing more then one ad or by continually 'renewing' it with constant edits and reposts. CL does have its own forum so your question would probably get more answers there than here.

^Agreed. It may also block you from posting if you "copy and paste" the bulk of one listing to another -- because it's "too similar" and people should be able to find it in the one location. If you change .. half? or so of your content and/or change the order of some verbage then you can maybe bypass the detection. Good luck,
