Question type: Shopping & Pricing

My Prius has a vibration and a thumping noise it makes when it's rolling along. It's not very loud but it's annoying and a slight vibration is transmitted throughout the car. I was thinking of trying a new set of LLR tires but no one around here (the sticks) seems to know much about them.

Not sure that's a tire issue but to answer your question, IMO Goodyear Assurance Comfortred tires give your prius the best all around mpg, quietness, comfort and all season traction. Not sure where you are but up here in MN, all-season traction is important and the Comfortred still offers great traction in the snow w/o sacrificing mpgs, plus they are a 70-80k mile tire! If you are in the south, I'd go with a fuel-max type tire.
