my 2010 grand marquis ac blows when I turn on the heater

It just started when I turn the heat on the AC blows. Every now and than when
you hit the floor button you hear a noise from the glove box area alomost like
a high pitch grind

Temperature modulator. They fail alot in this car. YouTube how to bypass it. It's super easy. Once you no what your looking for it takes maybe 10min. Way easier and cheaper than tearing your whole dash out to replace it.
