What size wrench do I need to replace the door on a 2005 Ford explorer ?

What size wrench to use to  replace drivers door

One that fits the nuts you are trying to loosen! Be careful to select either a Metric size or English size. they are very close but you want the right one so you don't strip the nut head. A 10mm wrench is very close to a 1/2 inch one. I believe the 2005 Ford hardware is Metric but I could be wrong.
