Wonder if I have a lemon 2010 520 bmw

135000 on the car. Just spent
12000 on it in past 8 month s
Now they say my tranny is bad.
What's up do I dare put more
money in it.

Did you buy from dealer or private seller? The cars history will state if it were a lemon in the past. Check to see if your state has a lemon law in place and for open recalls. You will need your vin# for some of this.
