Premium. It may run on regular but not as well as on premium. You have a high pressure turbo engine so use the best fuel you can get. Check your owners manual for more information.

Quoted directly from Lincoln. I would run regular unleaded unless you are towing something. "Designed to run on regular fuel with an octane rating of 87 or higher. For best overall performance, premium fuel with an octane rating of 91 or higher is recommended"

I was told by someone that if you use regular gas in an MKT with twin turbos and a 6.7 engine you will ruin the turbos is this true

Does anybody out there now if you use regular gas in a 2013 MKT twin turbo 6.7 L engine if you use regular I was told it will ruin or damage the engine and the turbos does anybody know if this is a fact

You should run 87 octane in any turbo motor for optimal performance. This is an opinion only.
