How does dealer fraud work and reporting them? I looked at a vehicle and they claim that the vehicle has a clean title check and when I ran the vin through NICB it showed: VIN: WBAWV535X9P080828 has been identified as a vehicle listed in the VINCheck® Salvage Records.

Hello, dealers don't always look at the history when purchasing vehicles. The title could very well be clean but salvage somewhere in the history. Double check through Autocheck or Carfax. If you want to complain then you can also try the secretary of state.
