Kia Spectra Ex 2009 battery problem

My car starts when I get a jump but die down
slowly after that jump and shuts off any ideas of
what's going on? And does the Kia Spectra Ex
Battery have a top post or side?

Have the alternator tested !! If the alternator isn't charging it's running only on the battery until the battery voltage gets so low it can't run any longer

Electrical system audit? Started check? Spark Plug check? 1,000 other things. A car not starting can be a number of different reasons. Especially with a good Alternator and battery. Your car can tell you you what's wrong though. Pay attention to every sound, light, slick, rattle from the point you opened the door to the determination that your car wont start. A detailed account seems to be needed if you want help on here.

For the radio, lighting, and dead OBD2 port, check the 15a “room” fuse in the cabin fuse panel.
