Any check engine light? If so have codes read. Could be fuel pressure regulator issue,

well about I had only 2 dose kind of issues in my 07 Toyota Tacoma 4.0 in the past time - till today works perfectly as I was told by my friend mechanic that you in-tank pump could be going out sooner or later as we checked that for that 2 sec sound / fuses - Fuses works just did not heard that 2 sec noise that make me wounder as 07 - up 2015 have electric in- tank pump that might might not making any 2 sec noise. I have checked that theory on my other work cars that are new too I heard the 2 sec noise but the cars i checked were not Toyota's. I checked one Toyota sienna - did not hear nothing at all too so I don't know looking for the answer into my question. anyway I ordered new in-tank pump from Amazon as I was checking mechanical stores for it that charge for it big $$ bucks as I got the same kind on Amazon for cheaper with 1 year warranty. Well man in your situation just replace in-tank pump and you should be fine . You need to buy two thing: in-tank pump in-tank seal ( gasket ) If you already solve you car issue let me know if that was it I wrote you as well check for that 2 sec sound for me letting me know about it by turning your ignition key - not starting your car having all the other sounds off to hear it ..
