Price and if Cadillac escalde are good cars

Found a 2009 escalde one owner 27000 miles for
$31,000 is that a good deal I've read a lot of bad

The car pricing to me is a little on the high side, I understand it has low mileage. If you were to buy it I would offer 27,000.00. The car is as good as any car on the road, if you take it car of it it will take care of you. Where I have the issue is that people buy a car that cant afford to take care of, like with this car, each tire is about 150.00 a tuneup would be in the hundreds of dollars. People jyst buy more then can afford, if you can take care of the car after purchase and if you get the price down, then go for it..
