Drove my car through water. Tried to start in water. Pushed back to house replaced oil replaced spark plugs.

After changing the spark plugs, oil, air filter, oil
filter  and shop vaccing water out of throttle body
and around the pistons. I started car ran fine. The
the next morning, Going to work it started shaking
knocking and losing power. Got it back home
flushed and drained motor with diesel and 2 more
oil changes. Same thing is happening..could I
possibly need a new oil pump?  Or what.. I NEED
HELP!!!

Your oil pump is fine. Have you scanned for codes? With that much water involved you could have done damage to the electrical system a dozen different ways. Could be as simple as moisture getting in to an electrical connection. I'd start there.
