Can you leave the stock tires when you put a greddy wide body kit

I didn't know because before and after pictures it seems like the tire is out
farther to the fender add on

That's the illusion of wide body kit style gives it more jdm look. Pops tires out more. There are custom greedy wide body and bolt on kits that do not effect tire size or profile. As long as car is at facory hight should have no problem. Not sure if the body kits come with fender covers keeping the factory protector may make it look funny
