How to check transmission fluid level in 2008 grand Caravan there is no dip stick

Van is making a small noise at 43 mph when turning  left in a curve
Had it checked for normal problems they said they checked fluid level???

This can be done but you have to go under van and remove a plug in the side of tranny to check the fluid level,best done by a pro.
