2008 Dodge Charger 2.7

I have a 2008 Dodge Charger , turns but not start ,
for some reason I’m not getting any sparks to my
coils, new crank shaft position sensor , new cam
Shaffer position sensor , new ecm , engine
computer , for some reason I thinks it’s somthing to
do with the anti theft alarm system , can anyone
help me ? No fire to any  cylinders , all fuses
checked , does anyone know where the alarm fuse
is located ?

Did any get a new key programmed then started experiencing these issues with 2008 charger?
