Audi a4 b8 wont start after running out of fuel

Audi A4 b8 wont start, started when i runned out of fuel then i filled it up and after that it lost power( wont go over 2000-3000rpm). changed the oilfilter and ran for 2-3km and then it died in the midle of the driving...
Its a Diesel engine 2.0L

You have to bleed the system and do a complete maintenance since it is a diesel.
