Making whistle noise

I Have i questiong i change my sterio in my 2008
chevy tahoe but when i turn on and put music then
pause the music theres whistle noise , and when i
step on the gas i still heair the whistle noise , what
can it be .?

bad or if you have a amp run the wires on both sides of the truck not all in one cluster

Yes i have i amp the truck i have hase amp wires in bouth sides hase the battery and the ground in the back seat in the driver side and passenger side
