Saturn Sky Stuck in Garage

My 2008 Saturn Redline Sky is. stuck in my garage with a dead battery.  Is
there a way to get the car in neutral without the car being started?

Should be able to simply turn the key to on (don't need to start it) and shift like normal to push it out of the garage....steering will be stiff with no power to run power steering
