2008 Honda Ridgeline timing belt replacement?

My 2008 has 40K miles.  The Dealer says the timing belt needs to be replace
after 7 years.  I'm no where near the mileage point but do i really need to
replace the belt with these low miles?

Does the V6 have a timing belt? With DOHC that would be one huge timing belt.
