Whats the Humming noise?

I have a 2008 chevy impala it is making a humming noise
that is extremely loud and annoying when I drive slower
the noise just barely there when I drive faster its louder
and when I turn the corner its silent... we replaced the
wheel bearing 2 times in the past month thinking maybe it
was a faulty bearring... its still making the noise help!
