2007 Chevy Silverado, fuel pump only works in neutral, not in park

2007 Chevy Silverado, couldn't get fuel even right at the pump. Pump is new.
Figured out today it starts right up in neutral but not in park. Spent three days
checking every wire, fuses, relays, fuel hoses. Any ideas?
