Oil pressure problems

While driving my oil pressure on my 2007 Chevy Silverado
is 40. When I come to a stop sign it drops to 20. I have
heard twice the lifters clicking. Any suggestions?

first thing to do is service the oil and filter refill with 20-50w..report back here !
