starter problem. 2008 F-250 Super Duty

When I turn the key to start my 2008 F-250 Super Duty the starter engages and
keeps turning without the engine starting. I turn the key off and it keeps turning.
When it stops I try to start again and it works fine.

You are probably getting a bad battery, if the voltage goes low when cranking the solenoid contacts tend to weld. You can test this by starting it with a booster pack if it works good replace the battery
