F350 super duty power stroke diesel v8 2001

We have a 2001 F350 super duty diesel power
stroke v8 that seems to be okay driving down the
road but when you go to stop its as if the brakes in
the front is engaging and releasing causing the
truck to do a hard shake in the front end. Any ideas
what could be wrong? We have replaced all the
brakes, calipers, rotors and this problem is still
occurring. Please help us out.
