My TSX 2005 has new battery but only emegency signal and brake lights work.

My TSX 2005 has new battery but only emegency signal and brake lights work.Car does not start. There is full voltage at under hood fuse box. Any idea where I should look ?

Check your relays. Sometimes when the battery arcs when connecting, it can blow the relays.
