Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replace the Head with rebuilt head, gasket water pump and timing belt, after
car overheated. I am getting spark on all 4 cylinders and its getting gas, even
tried spraying starter fluid. Sounds like it wants to run but will not run.  Checked
and re-checked timing marks on crank and cam shaft both still top dead center.
Not sure what else to check. Any suggestions?

I got it running, put some oil down the spark plug openings, took two times but it fired up. blew a lot of smoke for a while, but has been starting and running good.
