When I accelerate the "front end" makes a "whirring" sound that gets louder. The should decreases when you take your foot of the gas or slow down. Does not happen when the vehicle is not in gear, or when engine is rev'd but out of gear. Might be in the Differential or axles, hubs
Its not uncommon for the fan clutch to create that kind of thing, however, if you remove the fan belt and start the engine with the belt completely off and out of the way, and the noise is gone, you will have limited the options to the few pulleys that are no longer rotating. Hopefully that steers you in the right direction.

I doubt it is the fan clutch because as I mentioned it only happens when the vehicle is moving and in gear. I have narrowed it now to : transmission,front differential, cv axels, or hubs,but it doesn't change any thing if I turn right or left and on the jack no wheel wobble or tilt.
