Can a 2005 Grand Marquis fit a 6 speed tranny.

Yes, but it is an expensive swap due to the differences in electronics. You would need a transmission control unit. If you are trying to replace a bad transmission just use a 4R75W like it is supposed to have or rebuild yours.
