You can usually find good guides on a dedicated Ford or Explorer forum or on Autozone's web site under "repair guides." In addition, most libraries subscribe to a number of online manuals (like ARRC) that have repair guides. If you don't mind spending a little money you could also purchase a Chilton or Haynes manual.
