Mustang GT will not start

I have a 2003 mustang GT that will not start I put new
cams spring lifters valves and it won't start I get fuel I get
spark but my theft light keeps blinking I called a locksmith
to come out and reprogram a keys he got it to accept
three keys and reset the computer but still won't start the
theft light keeps blinking what could be the issue

Your going to need to have the car scanned to find the issue. Just replacing some valves, you would have this issue. Is the battery fully charged? Maybe the battery is dead?
