the most likely thing in this situation is that you are simply low on fluid. check the coolant in the reservoir and make sure it is at the proper level. If the car has never had a cooling system flush, this might be a good time to do it.

I have a 2007 Acura TL Type S. It was used as a commuter car for most of the time and has over 180%2C000 miles on it. I went to start it the other morning and it would not start %28nothing happened. interior lights didn%27t turn on. no clicking sound. nothing%29. My boyfriend thought it was the battery%2C so he bought a new one and the car worked fine for the remainder of the day. The following morning the car wouldn%27t start. I don%27t know what the problem is %28if it%27s a fuse%2C something draining the battery%2C etc%29. He called his regular mechanic who told him to unplug the alternator to see if maybe that was draining the batter and that didn%27t solve the problem.
